Jonathan Williams

Jonathan grew up in Columbia and played  basketball for Hickman High School as well as traveling AAU teams. He began coaching in High School and mentoring young athletes through the game. He currently helps his mom run a Good Start Preschool where he mentors kids before and after school, leads Christian devotions. He is married to Alicia and they have a beautiful and growing family.

Lydia Appleton

Lydia grew up in Columbia, played Basketball for Hickman High School, and went on to play basketball and softball for four years at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri. She began coaching as a sophomore in high school working Columbia College Cougar basketball camps and later Westminster basketball camps. She has always had a passion for mentoring through church youth groups, the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, or just stopping by a local park to help kids with skill development. She currently works for Edwards Life Sciences as part of a heart valve team.  She is married to Eric and they have four children that have grown up traveling with the Sting Family. Many of the Sting athletes have become like older siblings and an extension of their family.

Favorite athlete — Coach Pop . . . His humility, basketball IQ, the quiet way he goes about his business in such a high profile career, and his ability to build dynamic teams that are unified, while always developing his players.
